Kristan brings clients the expertise of over 15 years of experience in technology contracts, having overseen hundreds of millions of dollars in transactions with multi-billion dollar companies globally. She leverages diverse experience working with customers across a range of industries including retail, healthcare, banking, insurance, education, and manufacturing to anticipate potential issues and position her clients to their best advantage.
